Hi, is taking the garcinia Cambodia to supplement bad for your health? If not, does it work? I bought a bottle from a department store but am too scared to use it. Also, it is okay, can it be downed with apple cider vinegar diluted in water? Lastly, is having many cups of green tea (unsweetened) a good idea? Thank you!
