Powerlifting and cutting to make weight
I compete in under 69kg powerlifting I train at 74kg, I’m 70.1kg with 3 days to go My protein is 150 carbs very low If I can’t be under hot bath I’m doing and never done. Woukd losing 1kg be easy with water cutting a few hrs before comp Then I have to maintain this weight as a week later I have nationals.
