Hi everyone! I’m 15 lb over weight. Last night I couldn’t fit in any of my dresses that I thought I could to go on a cruise. Frustrating but I’m trying to lose weight and get back to 122 lb. I don’t like the way I look now :/
I’ve been logging for 10 days, I’m trying real hard to not eat sugar and carbs etc.... I lost 1 lb - weighed myself morning hoping I was lighter but nothing, still just one pound. Thoughts ?
