How do you measure this?
Let's say I make a sandwich, do I weigh out every ingredient and add into MFP individually or do I just put a similar sandwich thats in the MFP database? Same with fried rice, I usually put in a lot of different vegetables.

I have a really weird sleep schedule so I sleep during the day and always miss lunch. This causes me a lot of times miss by calorie count by about 500-700 calories a day on average. Do I need to update anything within myfitnesspal?
As I lose weight do I need to update my settings (Update Your Diet Profile) within myfitnesspal? I am using my original settings (initial starting weight and how active I am etc) Since I work out 5 days a week I really wouldn't consider myself "Sedentary" anymore.

Is this ok to do?
I have a 1,500 calorie daily limit with 2,300mg of sodium and 50g of fats. My question is is it OK to eat food like sausages for breakfast as long as I stay within these limits or is best to stay away from fat greasy foods all together?
