Similar stats anyone? (5ft 6 and 223.5lbs)
Just starting out on MFP having followed SW for years. Bit wary, particularly with having to weigh and measure everything. Setting MFP for a 2lb weight loss per week is giving me a daily calorie total of 1370. How about you guys? :)

From Slimming World to MFP
So, all I’ve known for years now is SW... but I’m intrigued by MFP as I can’t seem to sustain SW. I do well for weeks at a time then I go off plan and struggle to find my way back 🤷♀️ The one thing that does worry me is I get quite big losses on SW but it seems I’d need to cut back on calories quite a lot to aim for a 2lb…

Hi everyone, Can I ask how these daily goals are created? First day today and I have ended 6g over my 70g “fat goal” which is making me wonder how that goal came to be set? Thanks in advance for any responses. Lynne

How is MFP recognising exercise?
For example, right now for today it's showing as 2 cals burned (I'd seriously hope it's a lot more, lol) but where is it getting that number from? Thanks in advance guys from a complete newbie! Lynne
