Trying to lose 10 lbs
According to the scale .. I weigh 148.5.. I’d like to get down to 135.. so my goal for this week is try to not go over 1500 calories

Changed my Goal
I changed my goal to MFP to lose .5 lbs a week, so my calorie goal is now 1600 a day, I usually earn 200-500 calories a day with working out and the gym. I'm hoping this helps!

Workout Advice
I had a half an hour work out session with my trainer this morning - I'd like to do half an hour cardio - so I was thinking to stop on my way home - but tomorrow is cardio for me in the morning. I can't decide if I should workout this evening or not..

Intermittent fasting
I signed up with this Place where they give you diet advice .. they told me to try intermittent fasting .. but I was starving when I did eat lunch today!! I didn’t like it ..

I weighed in at 148.2 today - .3 lbs less than last time... ugh small win?
