anything for breakfast low carb ?
Hello I'm serching for breakfasts low carb and calories. Usually, I eat 2 slice of bread with a garniture ( either if it's slices of bananas, 1tbsp of nutella or strawberry jam). I'm serching for changes that will satiate my stomach and lasts until noon. Any ideas ?

How do you motivate to go walking or runinng when it's raining ?

vacation meals (cold)
Tomorrow i'll go on Vacation. Most of the time we'll be out of our Home. Museum, parks, activities. I don't have kids. So what meals can we have if we dont use microwaves, oven or BBQ. We can cook a day before the activity, but we havn't acces to a microwave etc during the activity. So something that can be eaten cold.…
