Protein Goals -- Best source that are easy to eat and not too filling.
Well according to the MyFitnessPal Protein Calculator for someone with my height (72") and current weight (225lbs.) it is telling me tha "Your suggested protein goal:151g/day"; however I have never been even close to that with food alone.
