Hello im mary mother of 3 im 24 years old and full of baby weight according to this app iv lost 11lbs in 4 days im doing calorie counting and exercise when i can on my bike, i have 19 month old a 7 month old and 3 year old so can be difficult to fit exercise in so yeah so far so good
