Eating 3000+ calories - NOT PUTTING ENOUGH WEIGHT ON
Hey guyssss! I recently just started to eat properly and excersise consistently. I did weigh 49.4 around 28th August. Im 5ft 5 and 24 years old Since then, ive been eating around 3000+ calories (everyday for a week) my recommended calorie intake on MFP is 1988 And...... Im now 49.7 ONLY ...
