I’m 56 now and recently found out that my Blood Pressure is through the roof. I need to lose weight (many stones), exercise (I’m totally inactive), eat healthily (cut down on cheese and bread) and drink water (not red wine). Some friends to help along the way would be great. So here goes... 🤞
