What helps you to stay on track?
Hi this is my first time posting. I’ve lost 100 lbs from 280lbs to 180lbs I’m 5’9. The problem is after I lost the weight a couple months later I gained 20lbs back then another 20 and another 20 now I’m close to where I started at 230lbs.
