Help with Planning workouts at the gym
Any suggestions on gym apps for planning your workouts? I am doing a Bike Marathon Seattle to Portland in July. I have been cycling and doing cycle class but am looking for a way to keep motivated. I loved when my workouts are planned for me.

Weighing cooked food
Hi, so I know the it’s better to weigh your food Raw for versus reasons. But let’s say all the food was cooked by someone else i.e - Chicken , Rice , cucumbers w/ dressing. Does anyone weigh their food cooked ? How do you figure that in on your scale? Thanks
