New - from South Australia
Hi. I've recently started using MFP. One of the girls at work put me onto it. Anyway, I'm a 54 year old guy from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia. My goal is to lose around 15kg, having recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Don't know what else to write about.
