Hi all just starting out I'm 46 mom of three children new to this whole posting thing possibly perimenopausal weight seems be not budging I gym it 3 to 4 days a week but the extra kilos wont budge😭😭😠😠 recently started watching calorie intake vs calories out but I'm impatient 😁😁😁
