Although I do most of my reading on the Kindle these days I do see some beautiful special edition books on Booktube and Instagram. Sprayed edges, inlaid covers, interior artwork and maps, etc. is anyone a special edition collector and have insight into how one can get in on releases?

Non-whey Protein Powder Suggestions
I’ve tried a few different whey based protein powders(Cellucor, Optimum Nutrition) and they just don’t seem to agree with me. Was thinking of trying a plant based protein powder and see if it worked out better. Any suggestions on a fav?

Starting Over
Hey all. As with many I just feel derailed by this pandemic and I’m trying to get myself back on track. Was a consistent MFP user and worked out regularly but then lost my way. Always up for adding like minded friends to keep me accountable and work on the dad bod lol.
