Started last month seeing a nutritionist and have lost 10.5 pounds so far. Any tips for keeping with it? Somedays are easier then others. Hate meal prepping but have been trying to do it to stay in my calorie range. Just looking for motivation! Thanks!
Finally decided to put me first! Even though it has been hard I have lost 10.5 pounds so far in the first month.
