Fasting question/ Help?!
Hey everyone! I’ve been fasting from 3pm -7am the last week and whenever I eat lunch around noon, I can’t eat a lot and when I finish eating my stomach hurts for the next few hours. Can anyone possibly give me any advise or reasoning why it might be doing that?
