So i started here on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 272 lbs. My goal was to lose 2 lbs a week, with a final goal of 100 lbs. Sooo I'm looking at a year. But that's okay. It's a healthy rate of loss. I just started and I'm also new to the community. I have no friends here and don't know how to get them. I am trying to lose weight because i have really bad psoriatic arthritis. It's very hard when you can't do any sort of exercise. I need all the support i can get
