Does MFP allow calorie adjustment for only one exercise?
Hello, I did 29 minutes of circuit training and MFP shows a calorie adjustment of 188, I have walked 5,000 steps this morning and the calorie adjustment is 0. Can we only get adjustments for one exercise? Thanks - Suzanne
