Body Recomp help
Hi, I’m having trouble accurately calculating my macros for body recomp. I am 5’1” 126lbs 28 years old I work out 3 to 4 times a week (lifting with 2 or 3 days of cardio) I used a calculator online and I feel like the macros are excessive for my stature.
