Just to let you all know Aldi (UK) are stocking some really great low calorie ready meals all hitting under the 300 cal mark. Also Lidl have some amazing protein Yoghurts that don’t taste like *kitten*... they’re really good actually!
Anyone here to share recipes/meals/plans? I’ll be posting meals based around and 1800 calorie defector diet for myself and the odd lower cal meals for my partner. Feel free to add!
