Several small meals a day or 2-3 big meals?
Is it just a preference, or is one better then the other? many small (100-250 cal) or 2-3 big (450-600 cal) meals? are there any benefits to either choice? or does it not really matter all that much? thanks <3

Eating over your goal?
Today I ate 1,600 calories-- around double what I'd comfortably eat. My BMR is 1,500, but today I went over it, which I usually don't do, and I feel bad about it Will I gain weight from eating over my BMR by 100 calories? I haven't done any exercise today, although I have walked around a bit.

prominent bones at a healthy bmi?
i'm 5'10 and 141 lbs, so a healthy bmi, but my bones are still oddly, how to say this, visible? when i lean forward, my ribs on my back show, and its kind of scary, and when i'm laying down, my hip bone and rib bones stick out. is this normal at a healthy bmi? do bones usually stick out? this might be a stupid question,…
