today feeling totally defeated. logging everything for the past 3 weeks all with calorie deficits. Working out 6 days a week. was down 21lbs and 14 inchs down and today the scale said i was 6lbs heavier.
looking to loose about 40lbs and get back into shape. after having my daughter and going back to work it was just too easy to make that excuse. Now I'm doing turbo jam daily and looking for some body to help hold me accountable so I don't slip back into old habits.
