Back after taking a 5 month break
A lot can happen in 5 months but I never stopped the daily exercise and eating right. I’ve even started doing some Hot Yoga once every week or two. Kept my protein around the 200-250g mark every day. Happy to be back! I’m hoping I can reconnect with all of my old friends!
