Hello, I'm 32 years old, trying to lose weight and also just had my IUD birth control taken out, all while the current world situation is going on... Having a bit of a hard time as I'm sure other people are. I could use a friend to talk to and possibly help me stay focused instead of giving in to my cravings and hunger.
