Hello ladies! I'm new to the group and happy to be here :D - My hardest times keeping on my healthy diet is driving to and from work - I pass a Mcdonald's, bagel places and of course many mant Starbucks (I'm in Seattle). I need tips to stay on track! Is keeping a snack in the car a good idea? What's a healthy car snack?

Working out from home: What works for you all?
Hi all! I'm brand new to my weight loss journey and my biggest optical is working-out! My community gym is closed and I'm looking for ideas of things I can do from home. I get home around 6pm do I work out first? have dinner first? Should I work out in the morning? I would love some tips! Im in a one bedroom apartment !
