Can't lose weight
I've lost over 40 lbs. I'm currently 5'8" and 166 lbs. I exercise all the time, walk 3 times a day, sometimes run. I eat right, and can't lose weight. I'm 166 every day. The app tells me that I should weigh 151 lbs if I keep up my current routine, but I've been 166 for 4 months. Just curious if anyone has any suggestions?…
