I have been trying to log in my diarycdaily. I am doing silver sneakers virtual exercise 2-4 times / week. I have worked to provide healthy choices to my husband. Dilemma......I am not losing weight. Any ideas?
I live in Ohio but travel to Florida from Jan to April every year with my husband. I am traveling this journey for several reasons: the obvious weight loss, improve my eating habits, get moving with daily exercise. I go to the YMCA when we don’t have this craziness. Everyone stay smart and safe.
