Waist training w sedan wrap
So I put coconut oil on my belly and back and then wrapped myself and I wear it a few hours while I do my workouts during the day ... this is my 2nd day who has experimented with this before for a smaller waist ???

Any recipes for more shakes I can make? I use blueberries banana pineapples raspberries strawberries coconut ... and I switch the fruits each day... let me know what you guys do for shakes for meal replacement ! 😘
