:) B) Hi Everyone, New here I tried this a few years ago did not follow through but now I’m dead serious!! I’m going to be 60 this year and I have to get healthy for my body and soul! I need to be around along time I have 3 grand kids that mean the world to me . Best of luck to you all, Tami
