Need some motivation/input/advice etc...just jogged/walked my first mile in months and I could barely do it...I am pretty frustrated. Its hard to not feel discouraged that ive let myself get this low with exercise/diet/taking care of myself..
Hello all! I have been watching the scale creep up every day (especially since lock down) and enough is enough. Starting fresh today and would love the support. I am currently 169 pounds at 5'5. Could seriously use all the motivation I can get. :)
