T25 8 Weeks in...
So I finally feel like I’m seeing some toning after 7 or 8 weeks of T25! I’ve also been running daily for about a mile and then tryyyying to eat better....that one is hit or miss haha but more so hit...usually...anyways just sharing! I’m a fan of the program - insane sweatfest but I’m starting to feel the benefits!!!

Happy Sunday you fantastic group!!! What the heck is everyone doing today eh!? I started my day with a delicious Starbucks coffee and a glazed donut...ugh...effing Sunday donut tradition...anywho it’s almost time to get my run on then a lil upper body later today!!! Hope all you cool fitness cats have an amazing Sunday!!!!

Happy Thursday!! Used to get my MFP on like 5 years ago and well I’m looking to get it on again while getting fit in my late 30s!!! I do T25 now, run daily, and snack on popcorn nightly - ugh it’s so goooood!!! Anyways...happy to motivate, pump up or discuss our equal love for popcorn!
