I weigh 7.7 kg and eat just under 1,600 cals a day. Am I really going to lose weight!?
Ok so if I excercise 3 times a week (1 hr resistance training - low to no cardio) eat my daily calorie intake of 1,600 cals + water and still having full cream milk in my coffees and tea .... am I REALLY going to lose weight!?
