Overwhelmed
I found out about 6 months ago that I am 40 pounds over weight and only 20 It was a huge blow to me I handt been able to weigh myself for years and I thought I was just getting older not fatter :( And now my weight is stuck at 170 and doesn't move up or down and I can't figure out how to start loosing weight I am terrible…
