Curious my iPhone counts my steps for the day and give me a calorie loss And then when I add my workout that I do before bed it takes away any calorie adjustment from the iPhone step count? Anyone know why this happens in MFP log?
I’ve recently been lucky enough to find about 30 bushes of wild blueberries by my work ( the little little blueberries) How do I list something like that in my diary.
