Starting out (again) and looking for a few friends
Hey, I'm Isabel! I've used MFP a few times in the past off an on and now I'm back again. I've gained about 7lbs in the last month and I'm worried that I'll gain more if I don't get a handle on it now. So I'm looking for a few friends to inspire me, help keep me accountable and to brighten up my timeline.
