Anyone have any shelf stable ideas for snacks? I work long days and lots of times I don’t get to actually sit down to eat. I need quick, but healthy snack options.
Had joined previously about 5 years ago and went from 300-185lbs (no surgery just hard work). Now I’m sitting at 220lbs and want to be back at 185. I had done so well until November 2019.
