hey guys. I have a question about this scanner. my trainer put me up on it the first and last week we worked together. I'm 30% body fat and it seems.. extreme? I'm lean, 5'1' and 113lbs. the results put me in the "fit" range but on a regular body fat scale, I'm "obese". does this thing work differently?

short girl macros
hey! I'm currently 112lbs at 5'1". I've lost around 80lbs through weight training and I'm currently trying to build more muscle. question: what are your macros? mine are 130p/60f/200c but I usually don't hit my carbs. this is advice from a trainer so just curious if I should switch it up a bit as I'm still losing weight.

hey guys! I'd love more friends on my fees who are in a similar situation. I'm currently at my lowest weight after losing about 80lbs and working on muscle growth. counting macros (yay protein haha) and weight training 6-7 days a week. let's be friends!
