COVID 19
I gained the COVID 19. Literally. I was so stressed and stuck I just packed on 19 lbs between mar and August. Ok truthfully I was already above my goal in Mar. but this is ridiculous. I’m still stuck at home. I am still on steroids. I am still more sedentary than I should be. I can do this - again....
