Just lost 40 lbs too fast! How do I get some muscle?
I lost 40 lbs very fast walking and not eating enough calories. I’ve met my weight goal, however, I’m a flabby mess. I’m female and 5’3” and 63 years old. Due to COVID-19, don’t have access to a gym. I go gave 3 lb, 7 lb and 10 lb weights. Want to firm and tone and gain or build muscle. Any help or advice appreciated.…
