Should I weigh meats raw or cooked if I'm only going to eat a portion of it
Hi- im very verry new to calorie counting and was a bit confused about weighing meats if im going to only be eating a fraction of it. For example, there's a whole portion of raw fish (maybe 8-10 3 inch pieces) that im going to dry fry/grill for my family, but im only going to eat two pieces out of that. So how do i go…
