Iv tried many times to lose this weight. While I don’t believe I’m obese I’m 5’10” about 280 lbs. Iv always been a bigger guy. I’d like to get down to around 230-240. So Iv been on here before but this time I want to follow through and I’m looking for friends for encouragement and to hold me accountable.
