How do you control your cravings and hunger pangs?
Hey everyone :) I've been counting calories for about 5-6 days now, and so far it's been great o:) I was wandering, how do you control your cravings and hunger pangs? I used to eat about +3500 calories a day, and with MyFitnessPal, I've managed to lower it to about 2300-ish. But I still seem to get bad cravings and hunger…
