It took me 4months to assemble everything I need to stay safe and get fit in the comfort of my own home.
Lost 40lbs so far. I want to lose about 30-40 more to reach my goal weight. I’m gaining muscle and losing fat fairly quickly with the help of a coach/meal plans. My plan is to compete in some novice BB contest ONCE, just to say I did it.
