Blue Zone
Has anyone here ever heard of the Blue Zone Diet. My dietitian has suggested that it was a good plan to follow. How does it differ from the My Plate guidelines. Do either of the meal plan seem reasonable or sustainable. I need something that is easy to incorporate into an already hectic lifestyle.

Motivation
Tonight I had planned on having a salad and some fresh vegetables to snack on during our tv time. I don’t drive. I even asked husband to bring them home. He made a list. He remembered everything but the stuff I asked for. So what do you do when what you planned on eating isn’t available anymore?

Pushing my kids on a swing
Is it possible to get a light upper body workout with just swinging my kid on the swing. She is about 35 lbs. I know it would not be that much but just wondering what everyone thinks.
