Hello everyone! I'm 66 years old. I am attempting to lose as much weight as possible. I am hypothyroid and unable to be very mobile, but I do try. My goal is to walk 7000 steps per day. So far I've been able to make it up to 4800. Still working on it. I'm also fasting 16/8 and eating low carb. I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks so…
