DO I need to measure dry ingredients if I select cup or cooked food? Because rice expands from1 cup to 3 cups when being cooked.... so is this app using cooked food cups or dry food? I am very confused...it is also hard to weigh cooked food
if I eat for example cooked rice and fried cabbage do I have to do it like 1 cup of raw rice cooked 2 cups of shredded cabbage 1tsp of coconut oil? Or I need to do 1 cup of raw rice cooked 2 cups of fried cabbage Because if I do it second way the ammount of coconut oil for frying is not mentioned anywhere... so what to do…
I dont want to undereat. I am 45, 113 kg male, I workout 3 times per week at home and I got like 1500 calories max to lose like 1 kg per week.... I see many times I eat even less and do not lose weight. I stay at home all the time now. and I am vegan.....why I am not losing weight is a big mystery to me....
