63f current weight 220 goal 170-180. Bad back and bad knee but exercise almost daily.
Looking for someone similar who used to be active but had problems occur. Broke my legs and back falling off ladder 10 years ago but making it work. In Indpls. area. Will be semi retired in August. Hoping to meet like minded.
