How Do You Log All This Stuff???
Hi All, I finally went back to the gym this morning. This is what I do when I go: 5 minutes or so on 6mph until heart rate is 180, then walk at 2 for 1.5 minutes until I am back down to 130bpm. Then I do a set of 20 on several machines, and then free weights, and so on. This is usually a 30 minute workout. Problem....I…
